Catalina Saldana is our HR generalist and recruiter. With over ten years of experience in legal recruiting, talent development, and law firm administration at multiple Am Law 100 firms, Catalina ensures that we provide our talented professionals with the same excellence in service that we provide for our clients.
Catalina studied classics at the University of Michigan before receiving a JD from American University Washington College of Law. After spending several years as a litigator, Catalina decided to shift her career plans and sought opportunities to foster collaboration, growth, and inclusivity within the legal profession. Toward that end, she attained a MS in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and thereafter established herself as a dynamic and dedicated partner to her legal professional peers in their pursuits of meaningful careers.
When she is not driving talent acquisition and development initiatives at the office, you will most likely find Catalina at home where her cattle dog Eddie and mischievous tuxedo cat Lou are driving their own initiatives, which often involve wrangling, sparring, nose bumping, and, on the best days, world heavyweight destruction tournaments.
