Mariah McDermott is passionate about aiding others in their times of life changes. Mariah combines empathy with a desire to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. This unique combination allows Mariah to empathize deeply with the emotional journeys of those she aids. Mariah’s journey into the realm of family law was deeply influenced by her own life experiences. The complexities and emotional turbulence of her family’s legal struggles instilled in Mariah a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in family law matters.
Mariah’s work as an intake specialist contributed to the growth of the intake department by training others and developing systems to improve the experiences for potential clients beginning their journeys with the firm. Previously Mariah held roles supporting small companies and business owners which developed her abilities and passion to assist others.
Currently, Mariah is a Summer Law Clerk and she is a student at the University of Gonzaga School of Law. Mariah is originally from Colorado and visits regularly but plans to make Washington her permanent home. In her free time, Mariah can be found exploring the PNW and supporting local small businesses.
