Biography
Founder & CEO, Northwest Family Law
As the founder and driving force behind Northwest Family Law, Monica Chin has established one of the region’s most rapidly growing family law firms, known not just for legal excellence but for its unwavering compassion during life’s most challenging transitions. With a career devoted entirely to family law, Monica brings unmatched depth in both litigation and negotiation—skills honed over years of high-stakes courtroom advocacy and sensitive, results-driven settlements.
At the heart of Monica’s practice is a singular mission: “Turning the pain of divorce into hope for a brighter future.”This motto is more than a slogan—it’s a philosophy that guides every client interaction and fuels the firm’s expanding impact across the Pacific Northwest.
Monica’s tailored, strategic approach makes her a sought-after advisor for professionals, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals navigating complex family law matters. Her dedication to excellence, paired with genuine empathy, has built a reputation for trust and transformation.
When not advocating for her clients, Monica is deeply involved in the community and committed to mentorship within the legal profession. She sees every case as an opportunity to help families rebuild with strength, dignity, and optimism.
I currently live in Seattle with my husband and two sons. In my free time, I enjoy cycling, traveling, and the occasional science fiction movie or novel.
