Nikki Turney is a paralegal at Northwest Family Law who is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and exceed expectations. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Seattle Central College, bringing over eight years of experience in customer service and client relations to her role. Nikki combines strong analytical skills with a deep appreciation for clear, effective communication in every matter she handles.
Drawn to family law by a lifelong desire to help others through difficult and transitional periods, Nikki finds purpose in guiding individuals through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She not only supports clients throughout their legal journey but also prioritizes building trust and lasting relationships, making her an invaluable pillar of the firm.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys exploring nature through hiking and kayaking, reading, and discovering new coffee shops; interests that reflect her curiosity, thoughtfulness, and appreciation for balance, qualities she brings to her professional life each day.
Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, she likes to get out and explore all the natural beauty Washington has to offer! In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, volunteering, trying out a new recipe, and curling up with a good book.
